Biography
Since March 2011 to April 2017, I was studied in Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine for my Master and Doctoral degree. In the Master course my supervisor was Prof. Toshimitsu Niwa, my research topic was mechanisms of Indoxyl sulfate (uremic toxin) induced cardiac fibrosis and hypertrophy; Since March 2014 I started the doctoral course at cardiology department, supervisor was Prof.Toyoaki Murohara and A/Prof. Kyosuke Takeshita; I kept the research on mechanism of Indoxly sulfate induced vascular proliferation; At the same time began to explore the underlying mechanisms of the restraint stress induced adipose inflammation glucose metabolism. During master and doctoral course I was published 28 SCI paper (8 of them first author). In April 2015, I received an award of Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) Research Fellowship (DC1) for Yong Scientists. In April 2017, I return to China, began to work at People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as associate researcher; At present I work on the mechanisms of restraint stress related gastroesophageal diseases; Obesity related metabolic syndrome (Diabetes and OSAS), gastrointestinal disorders (IBD) and Herina etc.

Jean-Pierre Hubschman is currently Associate Professor in Residence, Department of Ophthalmology, at the David Geffen School of Medicine–University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Stein Eye Institute. Dr Hubschman is also Chief of Retina at Olive View Medical Center at UCLA, Director of the Advanced Robotic Eye Surgery Laboratory and an Affiliate Faculty of the Bioengineering Department, Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. Dr Hubschman is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, numerous book chapter and the principal investigator or co-investigator of several grants including the NIH and NEI institutes.
