Biography

Prof. Adegoke has authored and co-authored over 100 refereed publications which include 3 books and 6 book chapters. He has won numerous fellowships which have enabled him to conduct pre-doctoral and postdoctoral research works in several countries across the globe. He has successfully supervised and graduated 13 PhD students and over 120 MSc students. He is a member of the editorial boards of 12 different journals with high impact factors and has been and he is still a reviewer for over 20 different journals. Since 2007, he has been a member of the World Health Organization’s Food borne Disease Burden Epidemiology Reference Group (FERG) – A Group of Experts assembled by the World Health Organisation on Food Safety. He has also been a member, of the Joint Food and Agriculture Organization/ World Health Organization (FAO/WHO) Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) 2006 to date.

Dheyaa B Yousuf was born in Nenava, Iraq on 2 Feb.1959. He graduated from Al-Jumhowria High School in Baghdad, Iraq 1977, and from the University of Mosel with a Bachelor of agricultural Science in Field Crops Department in June 1981. He serves in the Iraqi Army during 1981-1985. He awarded the Masters of Science degree in field crops department, College of Agriculture at the University of Baghdad in 1987. In March 1988 he was one of the Faculty of Agriculture staff as an assistant researcher and researcher in 1991. He worked as a junior plant breeder. He developed the 1st variety of corn in Iraq for spring cultivation in 1994. Then he completed his Ph.D. study during 1994-1997 with excellent degree in plant breeding (corn breeding). Three years later of his education, he awarded a visiting scientist for CIMMYT for 3 months during February-May 2000. He worked as a consultant and then project manager in the Research Center of Industrial crops during 1995-2003. He came on active duty in 2006 as a Head of Center of Plant Breeding & Genetics and still to July 2016. Following, he was an active membership in the National Committee of Registration and Release of Plant Variety in Iraq (2007-2012) and the National Committee of Plant Genetic Resources in Iraq (2008-2013). In 2008, he worked as a senior breeder for sunflower using cytoplasmic male sterility with the Ministry of Agriculture during 2008-2012. Al-Marmooka International Company for Machines, Equipment and Agricultural Supplies, Iraq was invited him to be a consultant during 2011- up to date. He have deduced and/ or developed 2 dent corn, 2 popcorn varieties, 2 bread wheat and 2 durum wheat cultivars, 1 triticale cultivars which are released for wide cultivation in Iraq and have registered 2 sunflower hybrids as a senior breeder. Whereas, he have contributed in deducing and developing 3 bread wheat cultivars, 1 triticale cultivar and 1 mutant cotton variety. However, he registered 1 patents in early 2017. He is the national coordinator for ARASIA project (RAS5048, during 2007-2012). Yousuf have edited 2 scientific books entitled "New Directions in Plant Breeding, in 2000 and the Quid of corn Cultivation and Production", 2012.

Prof Dr Alireza Heidari, is a Full Distinguished Professor and Academic Tenure of Chemistry at California South University (CSU), Irvine, California, USA. He has got his Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees from California South University (CSU), Irvine, California, USA. Furthermore, he has double postdocs in Project Management, Oncology, Human Cancer Tissues and Synchrotron Radiation from Monash University, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and also in Nano chemistry and Modern Molecular Electronic–Structure Computations Theory from California South University (CSU), Irvine, California, USA. His research interests include Biophysical Chemistry, Biomolecular Spectroscopy, Quantum Chemistry, etc., he is a member of more than four hundred reputed international academic–scientific–research institutes around the world. It should be noted that he is currently the President of American International Standards Institute (AISI), Irvine, California, USA and also Director of the Bio Spectroscopy Core Research Laboratory at California South University (CSU), Irvine, California, USA.

Biography

Petrikovsky completed his postgraduate training at SUNY Downstate/Maimonides Medical Center (Brooklyn, NY) and his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Connecticut in 1988. That same year, he was a visiting researcher at Kings College School of Medicine (London, UK), specializing in Fetal Medicine and Surgery. From 1992-1999, he served as a Chief of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital. He serves as a member of the editorial board of journals of neonatal intensive care, ultrasound diagnosis in obstetrics and pediatrics. He also serves as a reviewer for the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Journal of Clinical Ultrasound and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles and ten book chapters. A recent major contribution to the medical literature was a textbook entitled Fetal Disorders, published by John Wiley & Sons. He has a busy private practice. Among his research awards are the Recognition Award of the Brooklyn Gynecologic Society, Obstetrical Society of Boston, Howard Levine MD Science Award, Bristol-Myers, Squibble/Mead Johnson Traveling Fellowship, and the Award of the Italian Society of Perinatal Medicine. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU School of Medicine.

Biography

Chan Kam Tim Michael is a practicing private Dermatologist in Hong Kong. He received his Fellowship from Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (FHKAM)(Medicine) as a registered Dermatologist since 1998. He received his post- doctoral training in University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997. He is now the Vice President of the Association of Integrative Aesthetic Medicine (AIAM) in Hong Kong. In 2017, he was invited and served as Editorial board member of the following International Journals: Journal of Anatomy and Physiological Studies, Journal of Neonatal and Pediatric Medicine, The Cognitive Neuroscience Journal, Research Journal of Nervous System; Advances in Neurology and Neuroscience, Medical Reports and Case Studies, Journal of Vaccine Research, American Journal of Biomedical Science & Research. He has been the Editor of Hong Kong Journal of Dermatology and Venereology from 2002 to 2007. Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Medicine in The University of Hong Kong From July 2007 to June 2009. He also fulfilled his part time lectureship in the Baptist University of Hong Kong in teaching a Master Course on Public Health and Common Goods for the Public since 2013. He is the Adjunct Professor of the Master Course of Common Goods and Public Health in the Baptist University of Hong Kong since 2018.

Biography

Apryl Brown who is a Fellow of the Royal Society in Public Health earned her MD from Ross University School of Medicine and her MPH from Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine (SPTHM). As an alumna of Tulane University, she was honored as a 2012 SPTM Centennial Community Leader in Global Health and a life member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health. As a public health biologist, she oversaw the operations of the Detroit Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) which was a local entity of the national community network of MRC units initially headquartered in the Office of the Surgeon General while engaging in public health initiatives involving health promotion, disease prevention, health disparities, and early disease detection as well as public health preparedness. Dr. Brown who has served as a board of director of the state affiliate Michigan Public Health Association has fulfilled leadership roles within the American Public Health Association (APHA) such as the 2015-2017 presidency of the APHA Black Caucus of Health Workers. She has presented oral presentations at the APHA annual meetings as well as the 12th World Congress on Public Health in Istanbul, Turkey sponsored by the World Federation of Public Health Associations. Her research publications analyzing the influence of social determinants of health to the health status of communities led to her initiation as a Full Member the Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society.

Shehab Mahmoud Abd El-kader, PT, MPT, PhD in physical therapy for cardiopulmonary, metabolic, women health, and geriatrics, Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, Egypt, since 2000. Recent research interests include the areas of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Respiratory Disorders, Metabolic Disorders, women health, caring for older people, cardiopulmonary disorders, geriatrics, hepatology and wound care. He is interested in teaching Physical therapy for patients with respiratory disorders, geriatrics, hepatology and metabolic disorders. In addition, he has published several original researches in refereed pioneer journals, published ten online textbooks with LAMBERT Academic Publishing in Germany that are available in Amazon and participated in many international conferences all over the world. Prof. Shehab is a designer and reviewer for several teaching curriculum for bachelor and master degrees in physical therapy for many universities in the middle east. Also he is a reviewer for many medical and scientific journals in addition to be a supervisor and referee for several post-graduate scientific thesis, he is an editorial board member for many international Journals. Finally, he has a long history in teaching for students in the bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in physical therapy.
