Abdelmonem A Hegazy is currently working as Professor of Human Anatomy and Embryology Department in Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); as well as he is a Consultant of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. He is the former chairman of the Anatomy and Embryology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); and Professor in King Saud and Majmaah Universities (KSA) 2009-2013 and Misurata, Faculty of Medicine (Libya) 2000.

Dr Icheku has authored 5 books, 15 Journal articles, a book chapter and presented papers at both national and international conferences. He developed SIAC model for ethically analysis that was hailed as Innovative Teaching and Learning Tool by UK Higher Education Academy. Evidence abounds in literature, which shows that the model enjoys worldwide acceptance. His academic awards include: *Co-authored a research article that won the 2017 World Academic Championship in Health and Social Care. *Awarded the “Senior Fellow by the Higher Education Academy in honour of his contribution to the UK Higher Education and reaching worldwide audience with his work in 2014. *Award for Academic Excellence in 2008 by the Ibusa Community Development Union (ICDU) UK and Ireland. *Nominee for the best teacher’s award, London South Bank University in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Carabellese Felice is Associate Professor of Forensic Psychiatry in the University Aldo Moro of Bari, School of Medicine. Author of more than one hundred and thirty scientific works his research focus on relationship between psychopathological dimension and crimes; criminal responsability of mental illness patients; forensic treatment of sexual offenders and NGRI offenders; mentally illness competence to consent to treatment. He manages a post-graduate Course in Forensic Psychiatry Treatment at University of Bari, School of Medicine.

Dr. Qiuyu Wang is a senior lecturer in Biomedical Science at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her main research areas are cancer research and stem cell research, which include exploring abnormal cell signalling pathways of cancer cells and identifying potential cancer biomarkers, studying the effects of AGEs and cancer progression, as well as identifying therapeutic potential of natural products and pharmacological compounds with anti-cancer activities. Stem cell research focuses on using embryonic stem cells to explore neural crest development. Dr Wang is a fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Science (UK), and an editorial board member of the British Journal of Biomedical Science. She is a member of the European Association for Cancer Research and the Federation of European Biochemical Societies. She co-edited the textbook Biomedical Science Practice (2016), Oxford University Press (ISBN: 9780198717317); and co-wrote Thrive in cell biology (2013, OUP, ISBN-978-0199697328).

Dr. Maria Benito was awarded a Research Master of Science in Physiology & Toxicology from Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Spain in 1996, and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from Autonoma University of Madrid (UAM), Spain in 2000 in the specialty of Inflammation/Immunology with the qualification of “Summa Cum Laude”. She has developed her career in Ireland over the past 19 years in research and academia. She has worked as Senior Researcher in medical research in hospitals in the areas of Rheumatology and Oncology, and as Assistant Professor lecturing in the Faculty of Medicine in Trinity College Dublin. She is also a writer, reviewer, editorial adviser, and editorial board member in several international medical and scientific journals. Her curriculum includes medical and scientific research articles and reviews published in peer-reviewed international medical journals and international presentations at medical conferences.

Biography

Ioan Sorin Cimpean was a young digestive surgeon at Saint Pierre University Hospital, European School of Laparoscopic Surgery, Brussels, Belgium, since November 2017. He was specialized in advanced laparoscopic surgery with activity in the field of bariatric, colorectal and hepatobiliary surgery. He obtained my doctor license at Medicine in Pharmacy Faculty in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. During my medical formation he have manifested high interests for the surgery and after the Residency exam he followed the path of surgery. His surgery formation was performed in 3 different countries: Romania, France and Belgium where he took contact with different Surgical Schools. This experience gave me the possibility to integrate different surgical mentalities and techniques and to synthetize my own surgical attitude. He does also have an interest for the academic aspect and for the research in the field of digestive surgery. He wishes you to accept my salutations the most respectable.

Marina Vladimirovna Frontasyeva, Associate Professor, PhD in Physics and Mathematical Sciences, is a graduate of the Department of Theoretical and Experimental Nuclear Physics, Physical faculty, Saratov State University. Since 1977 she has been working in the Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics in the field of instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) at radioanalytical complex REGATA at the reactor IBR-2 designed for studies in the Life Sciences and Material Science. In 1997 she was elected to the International Committee on Activation Analysis (ICAA). Since 1997 she is the Head of the Department of NAA and Applied Research at FLNP JINR combining her activities with lecturing on nuclear methods for studying the environment at the Department of Chemistry of the International University of Nature, Society and Man of Dubna. She is leader of numerous international projects co-ordinated by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA, Vienna) and by the European Union Frame programmes. Since 2014 she is a Coordinator of the UNECE ICP Vegetation (moss surveys). M.V. FRONTASYEVA is known for her research in medicinal plants, medicinal aspects of occupational health and multi-element analysis of different organs of animals (mussels, mice, ground squirrels) and humans (bones, muscles, liver, brain, serum blood, etc). M.V. FRONTASYEVA is the author and co-author of more than 400 scientific publications in refereed journals, 25 books and two patents of the Russian Federation.

He got the PhD at Faculty of Science, Mansoura University in 2013 under title work “The Applications of Statistical Mean Calculus in Solving Random Partial Differential Equations". Abdalla Abo Talleb is one of the most profound experts in healthcare policy and regulations in the MENA region His expertise extends from HTA & Reimbursement policies to regulatory and supply chain strategies in the public sector. He has been involved in the fields of health economics, outcomes research, Health policy reforming and reimbursement polices within the healthcare industry for 15 years, with experience across the pharmaceutical, biologicals and vaccines. And now works for WHO as a project manager at health care reforming area. He is graduated in faculty of pharmacy then obtained a post-graduate in health economics followed by a PhD in Health Economics & Policy form York University. He is also having a degree in Project management professional (PMP), Pharm. D certificate and a Master of business administration (MBA). In addition, he is being a committee member and project manager in a number of national projects in many countries including Germany. United Kingdom, Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Russia, UAE, Morocco, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, KSA, GULF, USA and Poland, He is a very active researcher with tens of publication across different well recognized organizing including ISPOR, ESMO, ASCO, ECCO, iHEA. HTAI and EuHEA. He has been a true contributor to several public and industrial projects in Egypt and MENA region his homeland. He committedly changed the landscape of the healthcare policy there. A few examples to mention are his contributions to the establishment of the NORCB (national organization for control and research of biologics), Egyptian Biosimilars guidelines the cancer and MS registry & guidelines. Establishing stroke units & guidelines, hospital based HTA and Health economic unit at ministry of health in Egypt’s different sectors. Multiple engagement efforts are well recognized in his research through introducing concepts of stakeholder engagement. He also does that by being an active member of many research organizations internationally and locally like the ISPOR and its local chapter. He remains a very rich source of developmental initiatives having been hands on expert across different sectors of the healthcare systems and a visionary for healthcare reform.
